CharaVerse provides AI character roleplay, discovery, and chat features for entertainment and creative use. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and how you use AI-generated responses.

You must be old enough to use online services in your location and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

If a character, conversation, or feature is not appropriate for you, do not use it.

You may submit prompts, messages, feedback, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but grant CharaVerse permission to process it to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, invasive of privacy, infringing, or intended to harm the service or other users.

AI-generated character messages are fictional and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. They do not represent professional advice or official statements from CharaVerse.

You should independently evaluate AI outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or taking action based on them.

Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security controls of the service.

Do not use CharaVerse to create or distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, violate rights, or target minors or vulnerable people with harmful behavior.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of CharaVerse at any time. We may also update characters, features, limits, or policies as the product evolves.

We are not responsible for interruptions, data loss, third-party outages, or changes required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

CharaVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CharaVerse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
