Terms for using CharaVerse
Effective date: May 10, 2026. These Terms describe the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use CharaVerse.
Using CharaVerse
CharaVerse provides AI character roleplay, discovery, and chat features for entertainment and creative use. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and how you use AI-generated responses.
Eligibility and User Content
You must be old enough to use online services in your location and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
You keep ownership of prompts, messages, feedback, and other content you submit, but grant CharaVerse permission to process it to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
AI Content
AI-generated character messages are fictional and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. They do not represent professional advice or official statements from CharaVerse.
You should independently evaluate AI outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or taking action based on them.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security controls, impersonate others, violate rights, or use CharaVerse to create or distribute unlawful or harmful content.
Do not target minors or vulnerable people with harmful behavior.
Availability, Liability, and Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of CharaVerse at any time. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Questions can be sent through the feedback form in Settings. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
CharaVerse is operated by the CharaVerse Team as an AI content social platform for character roleplay and interactive storytelling.
