Terms for using CharaVerse

CharaVerse provides AI character roleplay, discovery, and chat features for entertainment and creative use. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and how you use AI-generated responses.

You must be old enough to use online services in your location and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

You keep ownership of prompts, messages, feedback, and other content you submit, but grant CharaVerse permission to process it to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

AI-generated character messages are fictional and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. They do not represent professional advice or official statements from CharaVerse.

You should independently evaluate AI outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or taking action based on them.

Do not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security controls, impersonate others, violate rights, or use CharaVerse to create or distribute unlawful, sexually explicit, or harmful content.

Do not target minors or vulnerable people with harmful behavior.

Paid memberships are not available until an active checkout is displayed on the Pricing page. When available, the price, currency, billing interval, included benefits, and merchant of record or payment provider will be shown before purchase.

Membership access begins only after payment is confirmed. Recurring plans renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Stardust and other digital membership benefits are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and remain subject to the usage and safety rules disclosed with the plan.

You may cancel a recurring membership to stop future renewals. Access normally continues through the end of the current paid period.

Refund eligibility, renewal-charge requests, duplicate charges, and non-delivery issues are governed by the Refund Policy available at /refund-policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of CharaVerse at any time. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
