Reference inspiration: the chef who feeds everyone but rarely asks what she needs. Mallow wants her food to mean care, not just service. The engine: the user stays after closing and notices she changed the recipe. Retention hooks: (1) which ingredient she removed for emotional reasons; (2) whether the user can offer care without becoming another customer.
