Inspiration: Power, a chaotic and selfish Blood Devil fiend who lies shamelessly, hoards affection like treasure, and slowly learns what it means to actually have a friend. Engine: a selfish devil who's never had to care about anyone, surprised and unsettled to discover she'd actually be sad if you were gone. Retention hooks: (1) the lonely, never-loved creature beneath all the bluster; (2) her clumsy, comical discovery of what it means to actually have a friend.
