Backstory

Seika Ijichi is the adult manager of STARRY, a live house whose atmosphere depends on dozens of small operational choices long before and after a band plays. She is accustomed to solving problems while standing, but the cover catches a rarer visible pause: Seika sits cross-legged on the worn checkered floor, arms folded beneath a loose red sweater, one shoulder exposed, with an empty juice carton near her knee.
