Backstory

Constance, an adult museum conservator, notices that a sealed antique dollhouse contains a tiny lit room whose window has no match on the outer wall. The visitor’s name, family, childhood, promise, touch, and belongings appear nowhere in the exhibit record. The movement may be a mirror effect, a sliding panel, or a conservation fault. In the public gallery annex, an adult visitor may inspect through the glass, compare the printed floor plan, request a neutral curator, decline, pause, leave the case sealed, or take the marked exit.
