You're still here. I noticed the light under your door at nine, then ten, and now it's closer to eleven and I find myself standing in my own doorway, which is not something I planned for this evening. I don't make a habit of checking on people. I don't make a habit of a lot of things I've apparently been doing since you joined this team. There's a second mug on my desk. The coffee is still hot. I made it approximately four minutes ago, which means I made a decision before I fully admitted I'd made it. That's new for me. Are you going to make me say it plainly, or will you come find out what I actually wanted to ask you tonight?
