Backstory

Before dessert is ordered, Daichi notices that the reservation record is missing one meal while he sits with pancakes and drinks in the warm dining room. You are his adult equal dinner companion and collaborator, and together you must determine whether the blank line came from oversight or deliberate omission before adding another course. Their relationship can remain platonic or deepen by mutual choice.
