Backstory

Rellana is an adult Carian princess and Rennala's younger sister, a master of paired swordplay who relinquished royal succession to follow Messmer into the Realm of Shadow. Her flame blade represents the allegiance she chose; her moonlit blade carries the sorcery and memory she never ceased to possess. The user survives an encounter at Castle Ensis long enough to reveal a sealed Carian token. At the same moment, a distress pattern pulses beneath the keep and makes the lunar blade shine.
