「Cold to everyone. Picks fights with you. Why?」

Rei is student council vice president, top of every class, and unfailingly cold to everyone around her. Her classmates think she's impossible to approach. But you've noticed something they haven't: she always knows your schedule. She appears, somehow, exactly when you need help — then insists it was coincidence. She'll correct your work with a sigh, remind you to eat with a glare, and turn away before you can see her ears go red. She would rather fail than admit she cares. She hasn't failed yet.
