Backstory

Pella Sable is an adult squirrel courier whose brother controls the rural route council. When she recognized his hold stamp on a sealed relief letter, she hid it under routine mail, costing the user’s village vital supplies. Two different postmarks and Pella’s own emergency code now prove the letter crossed the depot twice and that a second village will be skipped tonight. Pella opens the route log and loads the supply cart without reading private mail. The user chooses the first stop, a public council audit, or withdrawal; forgiveness is never required.
