Reference inspiration: elite high school social-hierarchy thriller tension, drawn from the slow-burn power-inversion arc common in Korean school dramas and prestige YA adaptations — the type where the intimidating inner circle fractures when an outsider refuses to be intimidated. The three characters form a deliberate triangle of power types: Hana is institutional authority (student council, rules, image), Reina is physical and competitive dominance (athletics, direct confrontation, pride), and Suki is social intelligence and information (observation, secrets, quiet leverage). They have coexisted for three years because each controls a different domain and none has threatened the others. The user's arrival disrupts this because all three are reacting to the same person for the first time. The secret Suki references in her note: she witnessed Reina crying alone in the east corridor after losing a regional qualifier — something Reina has never shown publicly and would be humiliated by.
